All users of this site and customers of Advanced Group Pty Ltd agree that orders, access to this site and use of this site are subject to the following terms and conditions and other applicable law. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions, please do not place any orders with Advanced Group Pty Ltd do not use this site.
Prices All prices are subject to change without notice. All prices are assumed correct at time of publication but are subject to change at any time and may not be without error. Any price changes or error in pricing will be notified via email if they affect any current orders. Any orders affected will be subject to a full refund at customer discretion if correct price is not satisfactory.
Images Actual products may vary slightly in appearance from the images shown. If you might have any concern at all with receiving a product that doesn't exactly match the image shown then please call first to clarify that the item we send will be identical to the image displayed on screen.
Availability All products are subject to availability. Occasionally we may need to substitute an unavailable product with a generic product that will have an equal or greater value to be able to fill the order as soon as possible.
Some items are NOT stocked items and are made to order and the lead-time to manufacture these items can take up to 10 working days or more on rare occasions. If you have a tight deadline then we suggest that you make it abundantly clear to us in writing so as there is no confusion or issues down the track with he said/she said... There is a comments field at checkout stage where you are able to leave us a note with your deadline that you require your goods by so as we can be made aware of your due date. We do NOT however take any responsibility for the timeliness of our couriers. We endeavour to make sure that things get to you on the timeline required but can not predict errors made by the courier or natural disasters that can slow freight down. We also do NOT guarantee that just because you told us your timeline requirement that we will be able to deliver your goods to you on that timeline but we will make a reasonable amount of effort to either deliver in that timeline or if we can't deliver in that timeline then will endeavour to make you aware of our estimate of the lead-time to dispatch your order.
Queue Jump Surcharge
Our manufacturing team are normally very busy and we would normally
have a backlog of 1-4 days of work that is all quite urgent so if you ask us to
do a job same day then we reserve the right to charge a minimum queue jump
surcharge of $50 + GST. This charge is easily justified considering that
1. we are inconveniencing 40-50 other customers who are waiting for their
products, 2. when we rush - we make mistakes and have to do things twice 3. We
have to change the media type (roll of material) in the printer i.e. from
reflective to white or vice versa and 4. We have to stay back late of a night
time to try to catch up.
If we are considering charging a queue jump surcharge then we will
notify you in advance and ask that you sign our quote accepting the charge.
Note to Advanced Group Staff: Custom signs take at least 15-20 mins to
manufacture no matter how small they are due to: a/work, changing the roll,
printer warm-up time, ink drying, laminating the print, cutting the substrate and
finally assembling the sign.
Accounts All credit accounts need to be applied for in writing and are only approved subject to our accounts department's discretion. Processing of applications normally takes 24-48 hours and we would normally expect that the 1st transaction gets paid for up-front. We suggest that you only apply for an account if you are going to be purchasing off us on at least a regular monthly basis. Having a credit account does not necessarily mean that all goods are available on credit, we normally ask for a 50% deposit on anything that has to be custom or semi-custom made regardless of your account status. All accounts need to be paid within 30 days of purchase unless stated otherwise on your invoice.
By applying for credit from Advanced Group P/L you (the company and the director/s) agree to pay all outstanding debts by the due date/s and agree that in the case that the company can not pay; the director/s agree to be personally liable to pay all outstanding debt including debt collection fees / legal fees.
Overdue Accounts If accounts are not paid within 60 days from invoice then we will engage a debt collector at your expense. Debt collectors can charge up to 50% or more of the value and normally a minimum of 25% of the debt so please make sure that you pay your invoices on time. If you do not pay the amount owed to us to the debt collector within 60 days of having them engaged then you will also be liable for ALL legal fees including solicitor fees to take your case to court on top of the original invoice amount as well as the debt collection fees.
Cancellations of orders Please note: There are significant administration processes and bank fees associated with every order so as a condition of ordering through Advanced Group PTY LTD that we reserve the right to charge a minimum of $20 per order that gets cancelled no matter how big or small the order is. Also, some items need to be made up to order and may have a lead time of up to 10 working days.
Artwork A lot of people don't realise the time it takes to prepare and edit artwork for custom signs so we don't normally do any sort of artwork without pre-payment or at least 50% pre-payment on occasion. The artwork charge also covers correspondence which can at times be quite lengthy and time consuming given the fact that a picture tells a thousand words and vice versa. If you want to provide your own artwork then we suggest that you provide it to us in a .eps (vector) Format.
If we need to make any alterations to your artwork no matter how small then we normally charge at least $35 + GST per draft to cover the time it takes to discuss the artwork modification required, make the modification and then the time it takes to save it, attach it to an email, email it, create an invoice and then chase payment for the invoice.
Couriers Advanced Group takes all care but no responsibility for the timeliness or the condition the parcel arrives in, or for lost or stolen items by the courier. If you would like to use your own courier then we suggest that you do that at your own risk. If you would like to organise insurance on your goods in transit then we suggest that you do that. If you want us to add insurance to your items with our courier then please advise us in writing that you require insurance on the freight and we will give you a quote for the freight including insurance. As far as ringing the courier to find out where your goods are then we suggest that you do that yourselves once we have given you a consignment number. If you want us to contact the courier then our preferred method is via email or via the courier company's website contact form. If you insist that we ring the courier ourselves directly then we will only ring the courier once per day for a maximum of ten minutes per phone call. If you are not happy with these conditions then please organise for yourselves or your own courier to pick the goods up.
Currencies All prices are in Australian dollars, without GST. GST is added at the shopping cart.

Refund Policy / Returns / Consignment Discrepancies Refunds may be given on stock items at the discretion of company management. It is our STRICT policy to NOT give refunds on custom items or special orders so please choose carefully as refusal to refund often offends... - We consider large quantity orders as "special orders" so please take that into consideration if you are ordering a large quantity of anything.
This is an industry where a large proportion of our products are manufactured specially for you. In general, refunds will not be approved for items made up specially for your order.
Refunds will not be given on shipping costs unless it is due to an error made by our staff. Please choose your products carefully.
Advanced Group P/L will NOT accept returns under any circumstances after 28 days from purchase, we can also not accept responsibility for lost or missing items from your consignment/s after 28 days have elapsed from the date that you accept your consignment. Please check off all items in your consignment/s on the day that you receive the consignment in order to bring up any potential discrepancies at that time.
Warranty Disclaimer This site and the materials and products on this site are provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the fullest extent permissible pursuant to applicable law, Advanced Group Pty Ltd disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Linemarking & Sign / Safety Installs By engaging us to fulfil your linemarking requirements you are agreeing to indemnify us from being required to provide any sort of warranty on the lifetime of the linemarking. The lifetime of any / all linemarking will vary from job to job and even vary within one complex from the one job depending on the amount of traffic that the area receives and the amount of preparation that you (the purchaser) are willing to pay for. Please be aware that there are recommended industry precautions in respect to preparation by either: Diamond Grinding, Shot Blasting, Water Blasting &/or sealing with a sealant which we highly recommend but assume you do not want if you do not specifically ask for one or more of them. Advanced Group Pty Ltd will not be responsible for any: premature chipping, wear & tear or fading of paint along with any other issues in relation to opting out of surface preparation prior to markings. Advanced Group Pty Ltd will not be liable for any costs incurred or remarking required with respect to any of the above mentioned issues or complications.
Quotes for linemarking & Sign / Safety installs do not allow for induction unless specified in the quote and will need to be charged on the invoice on top of the quoted price. Please advise us at the time of requesting the quote if you require us to complete an induction before working at the site.
Limitation of Liability
Advanced Group Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any special or consequential damages that result from the use of, or the inability to use, the materials on this site or the performance of the products, even if Advanced Group Pty Ltd has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Applicable law may not allow the limitation of exclusion of liability or incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Typographical Errors In the event that a Advanced Group Pty Ltd product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price, Advanced Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Advanced Group Pty Ltd reserves the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, Advanced Group Pty Ltd shall issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
Term; Termination These terms and conditions are applicable to you upon your accessing the site and/or completing the registration or shopping process. These terms and conditions, or any part of them, may be terminated by Advanced Group Pty Ltd without notice at any time, for any reason.
